Returns and Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for contact lenses that have been opened or used. If you receive damaged or manufacturing defects in contact lenses, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund.
Shipping and Delivery:
We will ship your order within the specified time frame after receiving your payment, for inside Kathmandu valley we can provide cash on delivery services which means you can pay at the time of delivery. For Toric lenses and order based lenses it may take 4-6 weeks for delivery.
